From Fear to Faith: The Art of the Three C's
I grew up with a lot of fear. Fear of God, fear of disappointing others, fear of consequences, fear of the unknown. For a long time, I clung to that fear, believing it was a shield that could protect me from subpar outcomes.
In reality, fear was never a shield. It was just heavy weight.
It was the weight that kept me from smiling even when I had given my absolute best. It was the weight that got in the way of dancing in the rain, even when I knew deep down that the storm was temporary and the tune in my heart was far louder than the downpour.
It takes time to learn how to look inside for sunshine when the wind outside is howling and the trees are bending to its will. But once you develop that quiet ability to trust, everything shifts. You realize that no matter the outcome, you hold the power to decide what to do with it.
That is how I discovered my three anchors of trust: trust the bigger picture, trust that goodness is on its way, and trust yourself.
I trust in something greater than myself every single time because I acknowledge my finite human capacity. I cannot control or work my way out of every situation on my own effort alone. But the wisdom, beauty, and power that exist beyond us are limitless.
That limitless power is constantly working in your favor, even when it feels like life is piling up blocks on your path. When you shift your perspective, those obstacles become building blocks. Life turns into a magnificent collection of LEGO pieces, and led by faith and an intentional mind, you get to choose what beautiful creations to build with them.
You can trust yourself because you are the one who chooses the inner sunshine. You are the one who chooses beauty, regardless of the storm outside.
And at the heart of all this trust lies one defining force: confidence, confidence, confidence. That is the key that unlocks all the doors. Confidence in the goodness yet to come, confidence in your resilience, and confidence in your divine ability to build beauty out of whatever life places before you.
The pillars of my coaching philosophy
These three anchors, trust in the bigger picture, trust in oncoming goodness, and trust in yourself, unlocked by unshakeable confidence, form the beating heart of my coaching practice. They represent the core pillars of how I support my clients as they navigate transitions, set sovereign boundaries, and reclaim their peace. Coaching isn't about giving you answers or trying to fix a broken past; it is about anchoring you in your own strength so you can stand steady, make aligned choices, and transform life's unexpected blocks into something of profound beauty.
