When Letting Go Is an Act of Creation
The hardest thing for a woman is not to let go. It is to accept the letting go, of him, of the relationship, of the situation, of the career, or of her own ideal.
A woman pours all her being into someone or something, allowing it to expand into her life, her soul, and her calling. She decides knowingly to invest and devote her being. It is not necessarily the value of that person or situation that deserves her full commitment, but her own willingness to fulfill the potential she sees in an opportunity.
Letting go becomes the easiest thing once she acknowledges that it was she, as a creator, who wanted to transform and crystallize beauty into ordinary life.
The road to acceptance is filled with shedding layers of uneasiness, discomfort, sadness, and cynicism. But once she reaches the other side and lets go of the potential she once envisioned, all of that "imaginary treasure" becomes her own mechanism of expansion, fueling her growth into her own magnificent reality and her own wonderful life.
